The conference of the formation of administration for the Jubba regions will be opening in Kismayu, Lower Jubba region.

The conference of forming the administration were its rumours increasingly hitting the ears of the public. In the recent days there were a fierce fighting between the government millitaristic forces and th faction leader of Raskamboni, Ahmed Madobe.

Today there can be seen bigger posters inside the town where the conference is being welcomed at the streets in which the formation of an administration for Jubbas and Gedo is much considered.

The venue in which the conference is supposed to open is the Kismayu University. There were some of the elders as the conference is hinted the Juboland conference. As the news added there is huge number of elders arriving the venue of the conference while coming from the different parts of the province.

The Kenyan officials in Kismayu have displayed last night that they are not invloved in the formation of the Jubba ad Gedo regions but it seems sometimes that there are Kenyan officials arranging things.The conference will be occuring at the Kismayu University.
