The agenda was an opposition to the Jubba and Gedo provincies where forming an adiministration for their provinceis were rebelled.
Som of the participants told the Kulmiye News Network that they immensily turn against the establishment of a provincial self autonomous system for Kismayu.
As well the traditional elders who participated the conference have told that they are not accepting an administration whose leadership in steered by Ahmed Madobe. They have opposed that Ahmed Madobe come to lead an administration that are composed of the three provincies and will be named "Juboland" that comprises Lower Jubba, Middle Jubba, and the Gedo regions.
The conference was announced that the elders will not take an administration that is one sided and not representing most parts of the dwellers of the region in which one part need to dictate.
Some other news signaling for Kulmiye News Network discover that these arrangements of the conference is behind by the Kenyan officials based in the Jubba regions, so that they can be seen at the scene/stage of the conference which is now at the Kismayu University, although an official spoken for Kenya forces said that their troops are not involved in the formation of an administration for the Kismayu, the capital of the Jubbas.
