The new officials of Somalia have applied that the arms embargo gets lifted, the embargo was imposed on 1992.
In the latest weeks there had been negotiations where 15 members in the security council were convening in the Security Council as they were determining the possibilities of ease upon the arms embargo.
The United State is defending this matter of removing the arms embargo whereby some other governments including the Europian Union those are worrying about that the Al-Shababs can get more arms.
A diplomat who have talked about the matter has said that this issue could be to ensure an imbalance that the Somali government will have on how the it would restrict the arms that is arriving the territory in the future. But one year will be given as a checking of whether the effects are underway.
