The director of the agency that advocates for the human rights in Africa Daniel Bakela has criticize the measures taken by the court of appeal of the Benadir region in its one year trail, Daniel Bakela ahas said that the 6 months sentence is a one that is against the rule of law and not concentrating in justice where the journalist has taken an interview from a female raped by the government forces.
The director of the Human rights watch has also called for the other journalists in Somalia not to get afraid of broadcasting the rape incidents as well as talking about the human rights issues, although the rape case was an international one and the Somali government is now one of the countries that are against the freedom of Expression.
On second this month the court of appeal in Benadir region has trailed a journalist of the Somali journalist Abdi Asis Abdi Nur Ibrahim Koronto where it has released the girl in which her interview was the cause.
