Somalia is marking the worst famine ever hit in the country in 60 years just a year ago, today the country is commemorating the first anniversary of burnt drought in Somalia in 60 years ever since,

 

The United Nations declared drought alarming July 20th last year, followed by flood of Somali displacing people from the impact of deadly famine hit parts of the country,

 

Thousands of people died as a result of the famine, many children acutely malnourished, while number another number of people have been straggling to move in to an alternative fresh grounds to stay alive,

 

The fist influx of Somalis sough and crossed in to Kenya, Ethiopia and in Somali’s capital of Mogadishu as well, the Somali government said last year’s drought catastrophes was one of the country’s top history, Somalia is mired by a conflict and famine.
